I think I figured it out! What this is, what I'm doing, or want to be doing. It kinda started with the show Fixer Upper. If you haven't seen the show, well... it's definitely something special. It shows home renovations done by a sweet married couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines, living in Waco, Texas with… Continue reading It all comes together at Home
A few months ago, after my good friend Melanie saw my house, she asked me to help her with furniture placement in her living room. I live in a bubble, surrounded by only what I choose to let in. I'm not sure how, or why I get to have this life. I know that it can all disappear in an instant. I'm sure my interests and passions will continue to morph and change, as does most everything in life. Change is good, but it's comforting to know that my love for my family and the passion I have for them will always be there. With each creative moment or outlet, or whatever you want to call it, they are the most important, worthwhile thing that I can spend my time on.

Seeing my ideas come to life by the hands of professional, experienced tradesmen was so… Continue reading The Hillside Home
